FONN VILLAS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the above captioned Association will hold a regular meeting of the Board at Pines Presbyterian Church, Room C3, 12751 Kimberly Lane, Houston, Texas 77024. The meeting will be held on April 14, 2025, at 8:00 p.m.

The Board shall consider and discuss the following matters and take any action appropriate with respect to such matters:

• Review and approval of the minutes of both the Regular Meeting held on March 24, 2025;

• Treasurer’s Report (Ladd Williams) including but not limited to:

  • Review list of delinquent Maintenance Charge and Facilities Assessment accounts and take any action appropriate with respect to such accounts;

• ACC and ASC Reports (Josh Nix);

• Security Committee Report (Pat Clynes);

• Memorial Super Neighborhood Report (Kyle Hill/Pat Clynes);

• Capital Improvements Report (Ryan Deal);

• Community Facilities and Park Report (Kyle Hill);

• Communication and Community Events Report (Katie Eisterhold) including but not limited to:

  • Brief directory update; and

  • Brief Memorial Day Social update;

• 2025 Swim Team Report (Allison Marshall/Una Kirkpatrick);

• Other Business, including but not limited to:

  • Ratification of approval of June 2025 lap pool rental by Dad’s Club outside of FVSC operating hours; and

  • Address ongoing trash collection delays in Fonn Villas due to City of Houston Solid Waste issues and explore private alternatives to ensure reliable service for residents;

• Public Comments (limited to 2 minutes per speaker); and

• Matters for possible placement on future agendas.
