Swim Club

The Fonn Villas Swim Club is available to lot owners and one hundred additional families who live outside of Fonn Villas.

The club is great summertime fun for families and hosts a competitive swim team. Facilities include a recreational pool with a diving board and eight-foot slide, a lap pool, a shaded baby pool, a clubhouse, a pavilion, a snack bar, a basketball/wall-ball court, table tennis, a playground, a Gaga Ball pit, cornhole equipment, open grassy areas, picnic tables, grills, and free Wi-Fi.

If you do not live in Fonn Villas, you can submit a Non-Resident Membership Application here

Non-Resident Swim Team applications are live and available here.

To swim laps after hours, you must be a Fonn Villas resident over 18 in good standing, must complete an After-Hours Lap Pool Access Only Form, and follow its instructions.  If applying for off-hours lap pool access, a pool waiver must be signed and submitted (link in above section).
