Before constructing, modifying, painting, altering, or improving the “external” part of a home, the lot owner must submit an application.  There are two applications—major construction and minor. 

• Application for Minor Alterations and Construction

• Application for Major Construction

• Height Certificate

• Construction Deposit Agreement
