Splash Day - Join us at the Fonn Villas Pool from 12:30pm to 2:30pm on April 30th for Splash Day and Swimsuit fitting at Fonn Villas Pool for Swim Team.
The Fonn Villas Dolphins is a recreational swim team for swimmers ages 4-18 whose families are members of the Fonn Villas Swim Club. Swim team is open to swimmers who want to swim in a fun, supportive environment and enjoy a competitive community atmosphere.
The swim team practices at the Fonn Villas Swim Club Monday through Friday beginning May 1st and continuing through the end of June. Swimmers will work on refining strokes, becoming stronger, faster swimmers and learning to be part of a team. As an intro to swim team, we will offer a pre-team, half lapper program Monday to Friday at 4:00pm - 4:30pm (May 3-28) for beginning swimmers who would like to get their fins wet and work toward becoming a Fonn Villas Dolphin. The Fonn Villas Dolphins swim as part of the Memorial Spring Branch Swim Conference (MSBSC) and compete against other community swim clubs in the Memorial area. Families are encouraged to attend and volunteer at our swim meets to cheer on our swimmers and to help create positive community support for our kids.
We are excited to welcome back coach Loren Gardner. Loren has been a head swim coach for many years and is currently head swim coach at Spring Woods High School.
