FONN VILLAS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS

 Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the above captioned Association will hold an Annual Meeting of the Members at Pines Presbyterian Church, 12751 Kimberly Lane, Houston, Texas 77024.

The meeting will be held on January 27, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.

The Board shall consider and discuss the following matters and take any action appropriate with respect to such matters:

• Review and approval of the minutes of the Board meetings held on December 9, 2024

• Treasurer’s Report (Ladd Williams)

• ACC and ASC Reports (Josh Nix)

• Security Committee Report (Pat Clynes)

• TIRZ 17 Report (Fletcher Dunson)

• Memorial Super Neighborhood Report (Kyle Hill/Pat Clynes)

• Capital Improvements Report (Kiel Von Feldt)

• Community Facilities and Park Report (Kyle Hill)

• Communications Report (Katie Eisterhold)

• Other Business, including but not limited to:

  • Elect 3 new Directors to the FVCA

• Public Comments (limited to 2 minutes per speaker)

• Matters for possible placement on future agendas

• President’s Remarks
