FONN VILLAS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the above captioned Association will hold a regular meeting of the Board at Pines Presbyterian Church, Room C3, 12751 Kimberly Lane, Houston, Texas 77024. The meeting will be held on February 10, 2025, at 8:00 p.m.

The Board shall consider and discuss the following matters and take any action appropriate with respect to such matters:

• Review and approval of the minutes of both the Annual Meeting and Organizational Meeting held on January 27, 2025;

• Brief presentation from Brent Miller with Beacon Residential Management about services provided and available to Fonn Villas residents;

• Treasurer’s Report (Ladd Williams), including but not limited to:

• Approval of the 2025 FVCA budget

• ACC and ASC Reports (Josh Nix);

• Security Committee Report (Pat Clynes); 

• TIRZ 17 Report;

• Memorial Super Neighborhood Report (Kyle Hill/Pat Clynes);

• Capital Improvements Report (Ryan Deal), including but not limited to ratification of prior Board approval of pool parking lot resurfacing;

• Community Facilities and Park Report (Kyle Hill);

• Communications Report (Katie Eisterhold) including but not limited to the 2025 directory and its associated volunteer team;

• 2025 Swim Team Report (Allison Marshall/Una Kirkpatrick);

• Other Business, including but not limited to:

• Recent DRV violations

• Volunteer needs for socials, directory, etc.

• 2025 non-resident pool membership rate & off-hours lap pool access;

• Public Comments (limited to 2 minutes per speaker); and

• Matters for possible placement on future agendas.
